8. Mistakes to avoid
8.1 Don't forget to check the completeness of the selected references
When setting up your profile, you'll be asked to select references associated with your name. There may be duplicate works, or some that don't apply to you. Don't forget to merge duplicates, delete those that don't apply to you, etc. The + tab will enable you to add references that may not have been taken into account by Google Scholar. This initial work is important and well worth doing. It is directly linked to the subsequent inclusion of citations.
