Will all expenses be reimbursed?

The answer depends on two factors: the framework of the program you are applying for, and the status of your company or research unit. In general, the EU contribution does not exceed 50% of the total amount, and in any case never reaches 100%.

Does the number of partners in a project influence the probability of obtaining funding?

Participants must be from at least three different units, and from three different European countries. A consortium of five to seven partners, in which the workload is well distributed, effectively increases the likelihood of your project being accepted. Beware, however, that the "symbolic" presence of major groups, which would have no real interest in contributing to your project, will not add any value to your application.
