 INTRODUCTION

You want to capitalize on and share your organization's know-how (processes, practices, business rules, tools, expertise, experience, innovations, etc.). It's all about :

  • map your know-how assets ;

  • define a repository to support the structuring and formalization of different types of know-how and innovation results (e.g.: processes, business rules, architectures, etc.);

  • deploy and exploit this repository to form the basis of your know-how;

  • equip this repository with IT tools;

  • monitor and manage the repository, and ensure its continuity.

The know-how repository represents the support structure (the container) of your know-how assets (the content).
