2. Identify capitalization objectives

Once you've formulated your problem, you need to state your requirements and their limits, in terms of content, means and duration.

To structure your needs, you need to identify and prioritize the objectives you wish to achieve: these will enable you, throughout the capitalization process, to limit the scope of the work to what is really useful.

The "Smart" method

The objectives identified serve the problem identified, and respect the criteria of the "Smart" method:

  • S pecific (precise and unambiguous) ;

  • M easurable (quantifiable and making it possible to know when the objective has been reached) ;
