Financing innovation is one of the key conditions for stimulating innovation in a country.

While innovation emerges from the desire of an individual or a team to create something new, it is no less true that stimulating the ecosystem formed by a set of players and conditions conducive to innovation encourages and multiplies initiatives, with the aim of creating value, growth and well-being for the country and its citizens.

The National Innovation System (NIS), a concept that was formalized at the beginning of this century, is schematically made up of three main types of players: universities and major research organizations, which contribute new knowledge; companies and individual innovators, who develop innovation projects; and finally, interface structures between SMEs and the research world, to support them in their projects, particularly...
