1. Capitalize on your research time by implementing a strategy

Before starting a search on WOS, it's important to know that it doesn't offer human indexing. In fact, queries are made in natural language, i.e. in whatever the author has chosen to describe his or her subject. It is therefore important to select a list of keywords capable of resolving any confusion or ambiguity.

  • Search corresponds to the general search ;

  • Author Search corresponds to a search for an author's name;

  • Cited Reference Search corresponds to the search for a citation;
