4. How does a brainstorming session work?

The room is ready, the preparation has been well done, the participants arrive and settle in. So what do you do?

A brainstorming session always follows a set process:

4.1 Introduce the session

Introduce yourself and write down the purpose of the session ("We're here to brainstorm ideas on a particular topic") and the agenda.
