3. Applying RACI in a team
In practice, while the process for a given project often includes drawing up a RACI before the project starts, this tool can also be used to relaunch a project that is faltering due to the involvement of too many people, ill-defined functions or repeated meetings that don't lead to real progress.
We then decided to draw up a RACI with rows (actions) and columns (who is involved and, above all, at what level).
The game unfolds in four stages.
We start by filling in the boxes with all the R's. At this stage, all the people around the table generally consider themselves to be R's (other columns can be added).
In a second step, we review the list of R's and switch to C's all those who have to give their opinion, but are not directors. In general, many people around...
