INTRODUCTION
It is unanimously recognized that the success of a collaborative project depends on establishing a climate of cooperation among stakeholders working together in an interprofessional collaborative team.
Would you like to improve collaboration conditions (common language, understanding of each person's skills, distribution of values, and action plan)?
These conditions seem simple to implement, yet they are necessary to resolve a complex problem when designing a new product and/or service. Collaborative teams rarely address this issue early enough in the process to be able to defuse problems quickly.
Indeed, have you ever abandoned a collaborative project because everyone's interests were poorly understood? Have you ever tried to resolve these issues by bringing all the stakeholders together, but without a consortium, the problem remained unresolved? Have you ever been confronted with a lack of recognition for the results of collaborative work?
This sheet presents the PAT Miroir® method, an original method adapted to building a collaborative interprofessional team. It allows you to:
resolve a complex problem caused by differing perceptions of the objectives, tasks, and actions of the members of a collaborative team;
assess the situation before or after the creation of an interprofessional collaborative team;
collectively develop an action plan to carry out a complex project (designing a new product and/or service) or resolve a complex issue caused by a relationship problem between stakeholders (changing or designing a new collaborative organization);
eliminate fears, increase appeal, and neutralize temptations among stakeholders in a complex project;
assess interactions between actors that disrupt or could disrupt the dynamics of cooperation;
make all stakeholders aware that the impact of their actions affects the implementation of other actions and the commitment of other stakeholders;
assess the feelings of each stakeholder before, during, or after the completion of a complex project.
