ABSTRACT
Open innovation is a way for all employees to present their ideas for new concepts, products or services or to suggest the improvement of existing processes.This article reports feedback from the GDF Suez DolceVita innovation initiative MIX'ID. Supported by a network of approximately 80 people and a web site for 3000 potential innovators, communication and listening to grassroots are essential to making this process of continuous improvement work successfully, while at the same time adapting to the market and to competitors.
