2. Define queries with Sindup®.

To enable optimal monitoring, and find the right balance between noise and silence, it is necessary to precisely define the terms that will be monitored.

Like many search engines, Sindup ® includes the Boolean operators : AND, OR, NOT (and, or, except), which allow you to include, exclude, associate or disassociate terms in a query. By default, a space between two words means AND. The "-" sign means NOT.

Please note

Sindup ® is currently working on a new operator: NEAR. This will enable the identification of two physically close words in a paragraph. However, this function is not yet operational.
