3. Review and outlook
At the end of 2014, the CSR had 600 members, and should reach 1,300 in a few months' time. However, due to its youth, it is difficult to draw up a complete balance sheet. Nevertheless, it should be noted that the group has acquired, through its various projects, a relatively high level of maturity on the subject in a context where the proper functioning of the CSR constitutes a strategic challenge for boosting innovation.
3.1 Positives
This tool is particularly complementary to the physical meetings organized throughout the year, such as the innovation forum or innovation days. Having said that, the main positive point of the tool is that it enables a significant population of Group employees to interact with each other, even though they come from different business...
