4. Conclusion

Talent management is a crucial lever for stimulating innovation and maintaining business competitiveness in a constantly changing environment. By recognizing and valuing human capital, organizations can not only attract and retain the best talent, but also create an ecosystem conducive to innovation. Different approaches to talent management, whether individual- or group-focused, each have unique advantages and challenges.

Rigid organizations, while offering stability and predictability, can stifle innovation and responsiveness. Conversely, flexible organizations foster creativity and adaptability, but must manage the risks associated with instability and lack of structure. The key lies in striking a balance: combining the rigor of traditional structures with the flexibility of agile models to maximize performance and employee engagement.
