3.1 Individual and collective changes in team behavior

New modes of cooperation are emerging both inside and outside the project, as a result of the structured design approach.

These modes of cooperation are unprecedented. The budget is no longer the only point of comparison between entities, and the understanding of complexity becomes reciprocal. Ownership of the issues at stake is effective, and cultural transformation is underway. Project by project, the culture of a systems approach is taking root.

The drawing reaches the personal sphere: it is brought home, discussed with the family and shown to children. One works supervisor even gave a presentation of the drawing to an elementary school class at the request of his daughter's teacher....
