Google Scholar offers an e-mail alert module based on a query profile. You can automate a simple query or one with advanced parameters. Alert results are sent by e-mail. Google Scholar does not offer RSS feed creation as standard. It is possible to generate an RSS feed from a query using the paid version of an aggregator such as Inoreader.
