Institutional partners, apart from their regalian or financial role, are essential to the technical validity of projects and must be approached as early as possible in the studies:

  • the Val-d'Oise Departmental Directorate for Territorial Affairs (DDT95) handled the administrative procedures relating to the environmental code in the context of water policing;
