This section is devoted to the methodology used to establish and manage a TTCR plantation on a landfill site. In addition, some economic data concerning TTCR plantations and the main results of the research project will be discussed at the end of the section.
3.1 Decision tree for TTCR planting
The methodology used for the successful establishment of TTCRs consists of two decision trees which must answer the following questions:
is the ISDND identified a good candidate for TTCR? (ISDND specificities) ;
if so, which TTCR species to choose (choice of species).
