4. Conclusion
The crisis is not simply a strong emergency. It's a rupture that forces us to change our thinking and operating frameworks. As soon as health is at stake, the emotional potential is high, and can stun unprepared managers. However, crisis does not inevitably lead to failure. The examples of the Erika and blood-borne prion transmission show that high-risk crisis situations can be brought under control.
