3.1 Potential exposure to biological agents

In a situation of potential exposure, biological agents are not part of the industrial process, but accompany it, either because of the activity itself (healthcare, water or waste treatment professions, etc.), or because of the characteristics of the activity: heat, humidity and the presence of nutrients favor the installation and development of biological agents (paper mills, cotton industry, etc.).
