5. Conclusion

Ensuring successful ageing for as many people as possible, against a backdrop of increasing numbers of elderly people, is a real challenge for society. Such an ambition requires the implementation of effective means of identifying and monitoring frail people, or those at risk of becoming frail, in order to bring them as far as possible back into the dynamics of successful ageing. Information and communication technologies provide part of the answer to this need, provided they can be harmoniously integrated into each individual's ecosystem.

The devices presented in this article meet this requirement. Combined with two very simple questionnaires integrated into a tablet, they already provide a set of five indicators for Fried's reference system (ARPEGE pack).
