AMM (Autorisation de mise sur le marché); marketing authorization
Authorization to market a new pharmaceutical speciality, issued by the health authorities to the pharmaceutical laboratory concerned.
Biocide; biocidal product
According to Regulation (EU) No. 528/2012, a biocidal product concerns:
any substance or mixture, in the form in which it is delivered to the user, consisting of, containing or generating one or more active substances, which is intended to destroy, repel or render harmless harmful organisms, to prevent their action or to combat them in any other way by an action other than simple physical or mechanical action,
