The market for cosmetic actives for skin repair is constantly evolving, arousing great interest among consumers and manufacturers alike. Considered as cosmetic products, these actives are revolutionizing the field of cosmetics by attesting to their claimed activities in order to reassure and seduce the consumer.

The wound-healing mechanism, made up of three main stages, is highly complex. Depending on the nature and composition of the active ingredients, cosmetic active ingredients will act on one or more stages of this mechanism to promote and accelerate its implementation and progress.
