1. Architectural principles

1.1 Overall architecture

Considering "historic" operational flying wings (Northrop YB49, B2 and B21), we can propose and validate a structure alternating pressurized and non-pressurized sections. These sections fit into a geometry with limited elongation (< 5) and relatively high thickness (chord/thickness ratio between 4 and 6). Figure 1 shows the general appearance of this aircraft.
