5.1 Don't be fooled into thinking that calibration uncertainty boils down to the maximum permissible error on the standard.

Even if this may have been the case a few years ago. Calibration uncertainty concerns the whole process (the standard and its implementation), so there's a real uncertainty calculation to be made.
