6.1 Don't try to be exhaustive

By definition, the context is evolving, risk identification is uncertain, risk analysis is partly intuitive, and action decisions are preventive. As a result, the risk-based approach is not an exact science. This is why it is necessary to monitor results, as well as the emergence of new hazards, and to review risks on a regular basis.
