3. How to conduct feedback?

3.1 Collecting information

In order to be able to analyze the facts and highlight areas for improvement, it will be necessary to retrace the chronology of events on the basis of information recorded during crisis management.

We therefore need to collect as much relevant information as possible.

Information will be gathered through document analysis and interviews with crisis management stakeholders.
