Feedback should not be an inspection that passes judgment on the decisions made by those involved. It should be seen as a tool for continuous improvement, designed to drive the organization forward.

It's best not to focus on individuals and their responsibilities, but on events and decisions, emphasizing the positive aspects of each person's proposed solutions.
