Some mathematical approaches may seem prohibitive to those who don't like this discipline. Nowadays, with the computer tools available to us (spreadsheets in particular), the purely computational aspect is not the most important thing. Instead, users need to focus on concepts and master them. The greatest difficulty is not in the mathematics.
