5. What resources does the crisis unit need to function?

To be able to carry out its missions, the crisis unit will need resources such as a room, means of communication, etc. Here is a non-exhaustive list of resources that can be made available to the crisis unit:

  • dedicated room ;

  • catering (stewardship...) if the crisis lasts more than six hours;

  • means of communication (computers with network connection, cell phones, satellite phones, blackboard, markers, projector, television, radio, walkie-talkie, megaphone, etc.);

  • paper, pencils... ;

  • balance sheet to collect information (e.g. number of casualties, number of staff present, etc.);

  • fuel reserve for vehicles ;

  • card for tracing the chronology of...
