5. Management review and blank audit

The management review is a requirement of the NF EN ISO 9001:2015 (article 9.3). There must be at least one management review per year. This is an opportunity for each process manager to report on the operation of his or her process, presenting the results of indicators, improvement actions implemented, satisfaction of interested parties, and future directions, taking into account a risk analysis.

By analyzing the results of all processes, management can identify the need for any changes to the QMS, and identify opportunities for improvement. At the same time, quality strategy and objectives can be reviewed and adapted to internal and external challenges, as well as to the needs of relevant stakeholders.
