2. What can we understand?

2.1 A new relationship to establish in the body

To comply with the standard, it is necessary to build a bridge between the company's strategy and its quality management system. Analysis of the company's context was not included in previous versions of the ISO 9001 standard, so it was possible for an organization to have a quality management system that was partially disconnected from its strategic orientation and context.
