Core model

Method consisting in designing a generic model applicable to a set of sites to reduce application deployment times.

ERP (enterprise resource planning)

Integrator

Service provider for application deployment and interfacing with other systems: automation, ERP, third-party software. In some cases, only the software publisher is able to deploy its solution; in others (such as the COOX solution), the publisher relies on a network of integrators trained in its solution.
