5. Conclusion

The various liquid level measurement technologies on offer (direct fluid display, float or plunger, pressure measurement, heat dissipation) make it possible to respond to all industrial problems by selecting the solution (and its variant) best suited to the need. Many of these technologies have been and are constantly being developed by the various manufacturers, notably in terms of extended measurement ranges, permissible ambient conditions, measurement accuracy, connectivity and ancillary functions such as self-diagnosis and remote reading.
