1.1 For the measurement chain

A diagram of the basic equipment for acoustic frequency measurements is given in figure 1 .

Today, apart from vibration measurements, most acoustic measurements are carried out using microphones. These need to be combined with other equipment in order to operate (preamplifier, power supply, etc.).
