6. Conclusion

This study, carried out at the Laboratoire Régional d'Analyses et de Recherches de Marrakech (LRARM), perfectly met our expectations, as it enabled us to apply metrology in the agri-food sector.

This study was carried out in response to a need to assess the uncertainties of measurement processes within the laboratory, to focus on the pH meter calibration procedure and, if necessary, to add some elements to improve its formalization.

The aim of our end-of-study project was to develop an approach to uncertainty assessment that would meet the needs of the laboratory, in terms of cost, time and actual daily variation in the parameters of the working environment observed in the laboratory. The comparative study of the three approaches to estimating uncertainties enabled us to identify the strengths of each approach, as well as its limits of application....
