3. The dynamic attractor, a universal automaton

Used for almost thirty years in electronic components, the dynamic attractor was one of the first elements integrated into bio-inspired processors. Its main quality is to automatically converge on the maximum local energy corresponding to what has been requested, and to give as a result the characteristic found (WHAT) and its position (OR). Physiologists have discovered its existence in the hippocampus .
