3.1 General

Implementing an ethics management system requires compliance with certain rules, such as :

• flawless organization of the process;

• consideration of elements common to the ethics management system and other existing management systems within the organization (quality, environment, occupational health and safety, etc.);

• the use of existing tools and methods;

• the constant search for synergies between ethics and the organization's various functions.
