Below is Annex 1 to Council Directive 2001/112/EC of December 20, 2001 relating to fruit juices and certain similar products intended for human consumption. Several annotations (in italics), as well as the highlighting of crucial points (underlined) have been made by the authors. In the interests of simplification and reader comprehension, certain cross-references have been removed from the text.
