3. Find the information you need to write the NHS

To compile information on worker health and safety for a facility to be built, or for activities not yet in operation, the writer will need to collaborate with all the parties involved in the project, in particular the architect, the safety and environment manager, as well as those in charge of production and maintenance.

Naturally, if a CHSCT has already been set up, it will not only be informed but also asked to give its agreement to the planned measures.

In addition, the main source of information for ensuring that the preventive measures implemented are appropriate to the situation is the French Labour Code.

For regularization files, the NHS is also an opportunity to update the company's occupational risk assessment (and therefore its transcription into the single document).
