6. A few practical tips
Generally speaking, the relevance of the analysis and criteria is left to the auditor's discretion. As auditing itself is not an exact science, assessing the relevance of a methodology is not an easy task.
Nevertheless, there are some common deviations that call into question the fundamentals of the methodology or simply the requirements of the standards.
