5. Actors in an environmental analysis

Environmental analysis as a whole requires time and energy that should not be underestimated. It's important to identify the players involved at an early stage.

Who are these potential players? What role do they play?

• Internal players

  Within the organization, all personnel can be involved in an environmental analysis, for example :

  • the environmental coordinator, who organizes and steers the process;

  • Department managers who contribute their technical and organizational knowledge;

  • management, which validates and provides resources ;

  • staff at all levels who make their contribution.
