4. Our advice

4.1 Notify management as soon as the first preventive measures have been taken

Although the obligation to inform, when the damage has not yet occurred, only comes into play if emergency measures fail, it is advisable to notify the administration by any useful means (telephone, fax, e-mail), as soon as the first preventive measures have been decided, in order to encourage dialogue and avoid tensions.
