Policy review and evolution

Policy is a relatively long-term element, in the absence of significant changes in the company's environment. The values and commitments it embodies must have a medium- or even long-term perspective. However, it is necessary to periodically ensure that the policy remains adapted to the organization, so that, if the need arises, it can be updated.

Although this frequency is not defined, experience shows that the most frequent frequency for this policy review by management is around one year. These same standards require that any changes to the policy be addressed during these reviews.

Management may, however, revise the policy at any time if it deems necessary. This is particularly the case if significant and unforeseen changes occur in the company's management: evolution of Group policy, major change in organization, change of management,...
