Regulatory requirements and technical specifications for classified installations subject to declaration are constantly evolving, and increasingly restrictive for operators. It is essential to organize a regulatory watch within your company, to enable you to keep your regulatory and technical compendium up to date. This watch should not stop at a list of applicable texts, but should identify newly applicable regulatory requirements. It enables you to regularly check the regulatory and technical compliance of your installations, in order to take into account the latest regulatory developments, and to verify that the compliances identified during previous assessment campaigns are still valid.
