2. Overview of GHG accounting methods
GHG emission inventories have a wide scope of application: they can be applied to a project, an event, any industrial activity... private or public, tertiary... in its entirety or not.
They make it possible to evaluate, in order of magnitude, the greenhouse gas emissions generated by all the physical processes (flows of people, objects, energy, raw materials, etc.) that are necessary for the existence of a human activity.
