5.1 Evaluate the value of weighting leakage frequencies from banks

When the sector of activity covered by the risk analysis is the subject of a dedicated database, it is advisable not to attempt to weight the leakage frequencies obtained from the database. In fact, the values reported in the database can be considered as representative. It is therefore possible to use the database values directly.
