5. Mistakes to avoid

5.1 Don't ignore environmental regulations just because your plant isn't classified as an ICPE plant

ICPE regulations (through its classification tool, the ICPE nomenclature) make it possible to distinguish facilities considered to present a danger or inconvenience from less "problematic" facilities. As zero risk does not exist, it is important to manage non-classified activities through other regulations.
