4. Conditions for the discharge of industrial wastewater
The decree of February 2, 1998 (replacing the decrees of January 1, 1993, and April 25, 1995, which have been repealed) constitutes the regulatory reference applicable to the vast majority of classified facilities subject to authorization.
It should be noted, however, that certain industrial activities are not affected because they are regulated by other decrees. This is particularly the case for surface treatment (decree of September 26, 1985), the glass industry (decree of May 14, 1993), the paper industry (decree of January 6, 1994), and cement plants (decree of May 3, 1993).
