3. What information should be included in the "water" section of your impact study?

3.1 Define the initial state of the environment and water resources where your plant is located

In your application for an operating permit, you must include in the "water section" of your impact study certain points relating to your activities, such as the impact and natural vulnerability of your water resources and the surrounding aquatic environment (article R. 122-5 of Code de l’environnement ).
