5.1 Ensure that the company takes legal and regulatory watch seriously

This reminder is especially necessary in sectors where there are few standards and regulations. In such cases, there is a temptation to underestimate the importance of monitoring regulations and standards, even at management level. This risk should be avoided, as it can have serious consequences in terms of product liability, including criminal liability.
